Overall this is a very good quality resort in a great position. Broadbeach is a great choice for travellers interested in restaurants, food and cafés. The property boasts a large range of amenities to accommodate all guest requirements and maximise their holiday experience. Keep in mind that Gold Coast holiday apartments typically vary in standard because each one is individually owned and whilst some owners renovate and maintain a high standard, others don't.
Close to shops and great restaurants and the beach. Clean, quiet and lovely staff. Free onsite secured parking!

Liked: A lovely spacious modern apartment. Loved the heated indoor swimming pool and the sauna. Dislike: We found the car park very confusing.. The signage for Broadbeach was very difficult to see and definitely needs improvement. Took at least 20 mins to find our way to a suitable parking spot.

Convenient Location and size of the room! It’s loud outside most nights if you room faces the Main Street, so consider asking an inwards-facing balcony if you like to sleep early or have small children.

Excellent location, great pool area and the indoor heated pool is a bonus for the days when it was raining. Entertainment area for the kids is a plus as well. Overall great place for families or couples for short or long holidays.

The location is excellent being right over the road from the Gold Coast Convention centre. If you are attending a conference, this is an excellent place to stay. Plenty of shops an restaurants near by as well.

THESE CONDITIONS: These conditions apply to accommodation bookings (room reservations) made with the property Broadbeach Holiday Apartments located at 24-26 Queensland Avenue Phoenician Complex Broadbeach QLD, Broadbeach, Queensland, Australia (the property) and are subject to change without notice. By making a booking with the property you agree to be bound by these conditions and any reasonable amendments.
PACKAGE PRICES: Prices show the total payable for each length of stay for the included number of people. All nights are to be taken consecutively. Bookings must be made with Australian Escapes Reservations to claim the promotional package rates. Extra person charges of $24 to $30 apply up to the maximum persons limit for each room type. The voucher deposit value comes off the discounted price of the holiday. So for example, let's say you have a $79 voucher and you want to stay 5 nights at the promoted resort.
